Hi!

My name is Quendoline, a UX designer & service designer passionate about design, psychology, and the bigger picture. My work consists of researching, analyzing, and designing, but also stakeholder management has become a crucial part of my day-to-day work. I like to think beyond screens and scrutinize the whole process to deliver maximum value. I do this by:

• Asking the right questions,

• not being afraid to say no,

• not being afraid to kill my darlings,

• Seeing the design process as a means, not as the only way to success,

• measuring deliverables (lean UX),

• learning by failing,

• being thorough & bold,

• Prioritizing.
